Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world via Canada Post and for customers from Kitchener-Waterloo and the surrounding area personal pick-up is also an option.
When you place an order, you can either choose to come by and pick up your item (no extra charge) or if you choose to mail your item(s) we will provide you with our flat-rate shipping and handling fee, which is based on your location:
Canada $10, USA $15, International $20.
IMPORTANT: all larger rental items are only available for pick-up (such as machines, toolkits, etc.). Cricut cartridges on the other hand can be shipped (in which case you pay for return postage)!
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided that we are notified in advance. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). Please consider some form of tracking on your returned package to ensure its safe arrival. We cannot be responsible for the loss of a returned package.
You should expect to receive your refund/store credit within four weeks of mailing your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This estimated time period includes the transit time for us to receive your mailed package (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process your refund/store credit request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund/store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Rental Refunds
All Cricut® machines/cartridges must be returned to avoid being charged the full retail suggested value. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL RENTALS OR FOR CRICUT® MACHINES/CARTRIDGES THAT WERE NOT USED. To cancel your rental contact Scrapbooking Rentals by telephone or e-mail. Contact Information can be found on the Scrapbooking Rentals website by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ link . Failure to return any rentals will result in you being billed for the retail cost of such items. We will send you a reminder email concerning unreturned rentals prior to charging you. We reserve the right to terminate your rental for any or no reason.
