These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Scrapbooking Rentals services and website. By using, visiting, or browsing the Scrapbooking Rentals Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are an ongoing contract between you and Scrapbooking Rentals and apply to your use of the Scrapbooking Rentals services and Website.  If you use the Scrapbooking Rentals services and website you agree that these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to choice of law provisions. These Terms & Conditions affect your rights and you should read them carefully.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
Scrapbooking Rentals reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms & Conditions in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on "About Us" and "Terms & Conditions" located at the top of the pages of the Scrapbooking Rentals website. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the Scrapbooking Rentals Website or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

Service Description
Scrapbooking Rentals is an online Scrapbooking product store providing its customers with access to a selection of Cricut® Cartridges, Cricut® Machines and other products. Cricut® cartridges are purchased from Provo Craft Retailers. It offers rental options allowing you to rent cartridges, machines and other products for as many weeks as needed. Furthermore Scrapbooking Rentals sells accessories, such as papers, die cuts and other scrapbooking products.

Billing
By using the Scrapbooking Rentals service, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to bill you a fee, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Scrapbooking Rentals service. Additional charges may include charges for broken cartridges, torn overlays, or missing items, purchase of Cricut® cartridges or service changes you request. As used in these Terms & Conditions, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method, including a checking account, where applicable . The rental fee will be billed at the beginning of your rental period and for each renewal thereafter. All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used rental periods. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by e-mail. If there is a change in regards to your payment method, you need to notify Scrapbooking Rentals. Contact information is on the Scrapbooking Rentals website under the ‘Contact Us’ link . Your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing your select Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

Damaged Products/Machines/Cartridges
In the event that a Cricut® machine/cartridge or any other rental product is broken upon delivery, contact Scrapbooking Rentals within 72 hours of receiving the delivery, report the broken machine/cartridge and it will be replaced for you at no cost. If you do not contact the office in regards to the broken machine/cartridge within 2 days of delivery, Scrapbooking Rentals will assume the Cricut® machine/cartridge or rental product was damaged by the renter and the renter will be charged the full suggested retail price. In the event that a product rented from Scrapbooking Rentals is broken by the renter, the renter will be required to purchase this product from Scrapbooking Rentals at the full suggested retail price.

Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability
THE SCRAPBOOKING RENTAL SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL FEATURES ASSOCIATED THEREWITH, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SCRAPBOOKING RENTAL SERVICE, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENTS. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Scrapbooking Rentals Website, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the shipment of Cricut® cartridges, delivery of any content contained on the Scrapbooking Rentals website, any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the Scrapbooking Rentals Website, or the Scrapbooking Rentals service. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our site is accurate, complete or current.
